Educational Assistance When You Need It
The Liberty Dialogues System provides a powerful educational method for understanding matters involving government, courts, agencies, businesses, institutions, and other situations where questions of authority, jurisdiction, rights, obligations, evidence, and presumptions may be important.
But, not everyone owns the Liberty Dialogues System, has the technology or experience to use it effectively, or has the time to conduct the analysis themselves. Sometimes a matter is urgent. Sometimes convenience and timing are important.. Sometimes the issues are complicated. And sometimes the person who needs assistance simply does not have access to the information, technology, or resources necessary to understand what is happening.
That is why we created Ask an LD Educator.
Ask an LD Educator gives you access to a pool of Liberty Dialogues Educators who can review your matter using the Liberty Dialogues System and prepare an educational work product to help you better understand the facts, issues, authority, jurisdiction, evidence, presumptions, and questions involved.
The service may be used for an immediate problem, an ongoing matter, or planning for a future concern. It can also be used by family members or others seeking to assist someone who cannot readily help themselves, including a loved one who is incarcerated, hospitalized, elderly, without access to technology, or otherwise limited in the ability to research and understand the all aspects.
The purpose is simple: to make the educational power of the Liberty Dialogues System available when and where it is needed.
You do not have to own the Liberty Dialogues System, learn the technology, or perform the analysis yourself. Tell us the Who, What, When, Why, and How of the situation, explain your desired outcome, and provide the relevant documents. An LD Educator will review the matter and, using the Liberty Dialogues System, create an analysis.
The service is designed to be convenient, timely, accessible, and affordable. There is no upfront charge to submit your matter. You pay only after the work is completed, based upon the time required for the review, with rates beginning at $20 and never exceeding $60 per hour.
Ask an LD Educator is an educational service. The Liberty Dialogues, its owners, staff, and Educators do not provide legal advice, recommend a legal strategy, or tell you what decision or course of action to take. The completed work is an educational product generated through a system designed to examine matters according to fundamental principles of governmental authority, jurisdiction, law, evidence, and the facts presented.
The objective is not to make the decision for you. It is to help you understand the matter so that you are better informed to make decisions for yourself.
